  • I noticed many of the industry leaders offer onscreen and/or web review with their products and knew this was something we could also support but at no additional cost.
  • PSM Quest has a simple built in review feature pulling up set of batch uploaded images for a given event, but we also wanted to share a free gallery software management program that provides a much more robust presentation and works into PSM work-flow seamlessly.  Take a peek (worked into the end of the video) you might be surprised even if you do not use our product it is great photography software management  tool to add to your box - Jalbum - Online Web or In-studio review at no cost!
• Importing and Exporting Client Data with Microsoft Outlook
  • With PSM quest this is an automated process, just the click of a button!  If you currently track your Customer/Client and Vendor information in Outlook you will be able to perform an automated import of all of their contact information into PSM with a few mouse clicks, 10 or a thousand all the information will be added in less than a minute, addresses, emails, phone numbers, web addresses etc!!
• Automated Schedule Management via Outlook and Google Calendar  
  • With a couple clicks your events, sessions or appointments can be exported from PSM Quest, tracked and displayed in Outlook and on the Web with Google's free calendar
  • Google Calendar offers:
    • 2-way sync - All events in your primary Google Calendar and your default Microsoft Outlook calendar are synced together. Once you've selected this option, any changes you make to events in either Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook Calendar will be reflected in both applications.
    • If you modify the same event multiple times in both applications, the most recent update will sync between Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Calendar. Additionally, if you delete an event in Microsoft Outlook Calendar or Google Calendar, this event also will be deleted when viewing the other application.
    • Schedule sharing - Let your co-workers, family, and friends see your calendar.
    • Get your calendar on the go. With two-way syncing to your mobile phone's built-in calendar or a mobile version of Google Calendar that's made for the small screen, you can access your calendar while you're away from your desk.
    • Never forget another event again.  Customizable reminders help you stay on schedule. You can choose to be notified by email or get a text message sent right to your mobile phone.
    • Send invitations and track RSVPs.  Invite other people to events on your calendar. Guests can RSVP to your events by email or via Google Calendar.
