Yes, in addition to the Event Menu all versions of PSM Quest do provide a dynamic printed report which can be printed or automatically converted to a PDF document. But better yet the good news is that Outlook (V6.1 and V6.2)can be used just for the Calendar function without any email services or configuration! What this means is that you not only have one of the most dynamic schedule management tools on the market working for you but paired with Google calendar (yes its free) with less than 6 mouse clicks (fully automated) your Studio schedule can also be posted online (this is free as well) with the following benefits:
Google Free Calendar offers:
- 2-way sync - (Optional) All events in your primary Google Calendar and your default Microsoft Outlook calendar are synced together. Once you've selected this option, any changes you make to events in either Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook Calendar will be reflected in both applications.
- If you modify the same event multiple times in both applications, the most recent update will sync between Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Calendar. Additionally, if you delete an event in Microsoft Outlook Calendar or Google Calendar, this event also will be deleted when viewing the other application.
