Access 2007 added some wonderful functionality that will not do a straight conversion to 2003. An example being the ability to add multiple lines to a single field in a record. What meant to us was that on a client interests for instance (to support marketing. prospecting) we could easily add and find for future use "interest tags" on their record. Below is an example of this.
